‘25 Yaz Dönemi Staj Takvimi 

• 2024-2025 Yaz Dönemi Staj Tarihleri 21 TEMMUZ 2025 – 20 EYLÜL 2025 olarak belirlenmiştir. Stajlarınızı bu iki tarih arasında yapmalısınız. 
• Staj Başvuruları staj.mtf@marmara.edu.tr üzerinden gerçekleştirilecektir. BYS üzerinden staj başvurusu yapılmayacaktır. Staj Başvuruları, 3 Temmuz - 17 Temmuz tarihleri arasında staj.mtf@marmara.edu.tr üzerinden yapılması gerekmektedir. 
• 17 Temmuz sonrası yapılan staj başvurular kabul edilmeyecektir. 
• Özel durumu olan öğrenciler, stajlarına 16 Temmuz itibarıyla başlayabileceklerdir. • Staj başvurusu için gönderilecek maile FORM-1, FORM-2 ve İSG belgelerini eklemeniz gerekmektedir. Belgelerin dijital olarak doldurulması, ıslak imzalı olması ve taratılması gerekmektedir. Belgelere, Mimarlık ve Tasarım Fakültesi websitesi hesabında, staj sekmesinden ulaşabilirsiniz (https://mtf.marmara.edu.tr/ogrenci/staj ). 
• Staj başvurularının kabul ve red durumu staj.mtf@marmara.edu.tr üzerinden takip edilebilir. Red durumunda yaptığınız düzeltmelerden sonra bölümünüzden sorumlu araştırma görevlisine mail ile bildirim yapınız. Staj ile ilgili tüm süreçlerin takip sorumluluğu öğrencidedir. Sorularınızı mail  üzerinden iletmeniz gerekmektedir. Süreç içerisinde maillerinizi sıkça kontrol etmeniz tavsiye edilir. 
• Staj başvurunuz onaylandı maili almadan staja başlayamazsınız. Staja başladığınız gün e-devlet üzerinden SGK giriş durumunuzu kontrol ediniz. SGK girişi yapılmayan öğrenciler stajlarına başlayamayacaklardır. 
• Staj yapacak ve henüz İSG eğitimlerini tamamlamayan öğrencilerin eğitim almak için en kısa zamanda fakültemiz öğrenci işleriyle iletişime geçmesi gerekmektedir. 

ÖNEMLİ NOT: Staj süresince rapor alan öğrencilerin aynı gün 

içerisinde staj.mtf@marmara.edu.tr adresine bildirmeleri gerekmektedir. Aksi takdirde staj sürecinizde ve kabulde sorun oluşabilir. 

• 2025 DÖNEMİ YAZ STAJLARINA AİT STAJ DOSYASI TESLİMLERİ 2025-2026 AKADEMİK TAKVİMİ’NİN 4. HAFTASI YAPILACAKTIR.

• 2024-2025 Summer Semester Internship Dates: 21 JULY 2025 - 20 SEPTEMBER 2025 are the dates for your internship. You may complete your internship between these two dates. • Applications for internships have to be submitted via staj.mtf@marmara.edu.tr. • Internship applications will not be submitted via the BYS system. Applications must be sent to staj.mtf@marmara.edu.tr between July 3 and July 17. 
• Applications submitted after July 17 will not be accepted. 
• Students with special circumstances will be allowed to start their internships as of July 16. • You must attach FORM-1, FORM-2 and OHS documents to the e-mail to be sent for internship application. The documents must be filled in digitally, wet signed and scanned. You can access the documents through the Internship section on the website of the Faculty of Architecture and Design (https://mtf.marmara.edu.tr/ogrenci/staj). 
• The acceptance and rejection status of internship applications can be tracked through staj.mtf@marmara.edu.tr. In case of rejection, notify the research assistant responsible for your department by e-mail after the corrections you have made. It is the student's responsibility to follow up on all processes related to the internship. You should send your questions via e-mail. It is recommended that you check your e-mails regularly during the process. 
• You cannot start your internship until you receive an e-mail that your internship application has been approved. On the day you start your internship, check your SGK entry status via e-devlet. Students who do not enter the SGK will not be able to start their internship. 
• Students who willl apply for an internship and have not yet completed ISG training (work safety education) should contact our faculty student affairs as soon as possible to receive training.•

IMPORTANT NOTE: Students who receive a report during the internship must report it to staj.mtf@marmara.edu.tr within on the same day. Otherwise, problems may occur in your internship process and acceptance. 

INTERNSHIP FILE SUBMISSIONS FOR 2025 SUMMER INTERNSHIPS HAVE TO BE MADE IN WEEK 4 OF THE 2025-2026 ACADEMIC CALENDAR.
