‘24 Yaz Dönemi Staj Takvimi

• 2023-2024 Yaz Dönemi Staj Tarihleri 16 TEMMUZ 2024 – 26 AĞUSTOS 2024
  olarak belirlenmiştir. Stajlarınızı bu iki tarih arasında yapmalısınız.
• Staj Başvuruları BYS üzerinden gerçekleştirilecektir. Staj Başvurularının, Staj Başlangıç Tarihinden EN GEÇ 10 GÜN ÖNCE BYS üzerinden yapılması gerekmektedir.
• En son staj başvuru tarihi 8 Temmuz'dur.
• Staj başvurularının kabul ve red durumu BYS üzerinden takip edilebilir. Red durumunda yaptığınız düzeltmelerden sonra bölümünüzden sorumlu araştırma görevlisine mail ile bildirim yapınız. Staj ile ilgili tüm süreçlerin takip sorumluluğu öğrencidedir.
• Staj yapacak ve henüz İSG eğitimlerini tamamlamayan öğrencilerin eğitim almak için en kısa zamanda fakültemiz öğrenci işleriyle iletişime geçmesi gerekmektedir.
  
  ÖNEMLİ NOT: Staj süresince rapor alan öğrencilerin aynı gün içerisinde mtf@marmara.edu.tradresine bildirmeleri gerekmektedir. Aksi takdirde staj sürecinizde ve kabulde sorun oluşabilir.
  
  
• 2024 DÖNEMİ YAZ STAJLARINA AİT STAJ DOSYASI TESLİMLERİ 2024-2025 AKADEMİK TAKVİMİ’NİN 4. HAFTASI 7016 NO'LU ODAYA YAPILACAKTIR.

• 2023-2024 Summer Internship Dates: 16 JULY 2024 - 26 AUGUST 2024 are the dates for your internship. You may complete your internship between these two dates.
• Applications for internships have to be submitted via BYS website . Applications must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the internship start date. 
• The final application date for the internship is July 8. 
• The acceptance and rejection status of internship applications can be tracked through BYS. In case of rejection, notify the research assistant responsible for your department by e-mail after the corrections you have made. It is the student's responsibility to follow up on all processes related to the internship.
• Students who willl apply for an internship and have not yet completed ISG training (work safety education) must contact our faculty's students affairs as soon as possible to be informed about ISG education.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Students who receive a health leave or health report during the internship must notify staj.mtf@marmara.edu.tr on the same day. Otherwise, problems may occur in your internship process and acceptance.

• INTERNSHIP FILE SUBMISSIONS FOR 2024 SUMMER INTERNSHIPS HAVE TO BE MADE TO ROOM 7016 IN WEEK 4 OF THE 2024-2025 ACADEMIC CALENDAR.
